All orders ship and deliver during business day M-F (Not Including Holidays)

You will receive your shipment between 12 to 14 business days.
ALASKA, HAWAII: USPS PRIORITY
Standard orders are shipped via FedEx anywhere in the Continental U.S. and typically arrive within 5-9 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays*) after custom order is received from the supplier which takes between 12 to 14 business days.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii destinations ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS does not guarantee priority shipments, but most Alaska and Hawaii orders normally take 3-5 business days. The Horse Shop does not offer USPS Ground, as it cannot be tracked.
The Horse Shop does not ship to PO boxes or locations outside of the U.S. at this time.
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number for each shipment. You will be charged only 1 shipping fee.
We will notify you by email within 48 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay with your order that will affect the shipping windows specified above.
All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained.
*Holidays include: New Years Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christimas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve
Return & Exchange Policy
The Horse Shop does not allow returns as each product is custom and designed to the individual customer needs.
The Horse Shop will work on an individual case by case basis in order to ensure each customer receives the correct order.
